An isolated uncertain transaction now reaches review even when it does not form a durable financial relationship. Its card shows why Martia is asking, the current treatment, and each answer's report effect.
The decision applies only to that transaction. Martia does not learn a future rule without separate stable evidence and an explicit application scope.
